The use of hard drugs such as cocaine is on the rise among young people. Youth in Montenegro encounter psychoactive substances at an earlier age now. Drug addiction is increasingly present among people over 40 and 50 years old. These are the findings of last year’s research by the “Kakaricka Gora” institution.
