In Serbia, it is apparent that two parallel campaigns are being led by the ruling party ahead of the parliamentary elections scheduled for December 17. One is the official campaign in which the opposition does not have access to the media, the other is the unofficial one where any means necessary, including dirty tactics are being used to win the elections.
