Northern Macedonia has agreed, in communication with Greece, to change the country’s name. It was a condition after joining NATO and the European Union. NATO members have fulfilled that obligation, but the European Union has not. That is why Northern Macedonia is wondering when the starting date for the negotiations will be announced.
