The judiciary in North Macedonia continues to be the target of serious criticism due to scandalous decisions that create the impression that only the powerless are punished. In the latest IRI survey, conducted in the period September-October 2022, only 4% of surveyed citizens declared that they had absolute trust in the judiciary.
