The media was abuzz when, a few months ago, many Montenegrin schools received fake bomb threats. At some point, the police announced that the person that sent the threats was actually a minor, yet the epilogue is still unknown to the public. Why does juvenile delinquency occur, are we used to violence and where does the increasingly pronounced and evident absence of fear of punishment and sanctions come from among juveniles?
