In March of this year, the National Assembly of Republika Srpska, the entity of Bosnia and Herzegovina, adopted a draft law on amendments to the criminal code introducing a clause on insult and defamation. For several years now, the authorities of Republika Srpska have been trying to label international NGOs as foreign agents – mercenaries.
