For the third year in a row, a large number of students in North Macedonia started the school year without textbooks. The authorities find fault in the fact that the curricula do not arrive on time. The opposition, on the other hand, claim that the delay is caused by the abuse of tender procedures for primary and secondary school textbooks, which are worth 16.5 million euros for this and the next school year.
