The 16th Youth Film Festival (OFF) was held in the capital of Bosnia and Herzegovina. It is a unique approach to educating new generations and promoting the viewing of short films, as well as all other film types. OFF focuses on new ideas and people, and as they say, it does not hesitate to, on behalf of young people, directly invite and promote topics that are often neglected.
