Montenegro has a new, it’s 44th government. According to all criteria, it is composed of people of different beliefs. Observers say the result is a trade, and departments are confusing. There are, for example, two ministers and one vice president who deal with foreign affairs. In it, two vice-presidential and three ministerial positions are occupied by pro-Russian politicians.
