ELECTIONS IN SERBIA, AGAIN

In mid-December, Serbia goes out to vote in parliamentary elections – again. They will be the 10th snap elections to be held in the last 30 years. Regular elections were held three times. If referendums and presidential elections are added to that, it is easy to conclude that Serbia does not have a regular political life but goes from campaign to campaign.
