Apocalyptic images of one of the most beautiful rivers in the region are traveling around the world. About 14,000 cubic meters of waste, trees, plastic, refrigerators, and other litter are floating on the surface of the Drina River. The waste from three countries of former Yugoslavia pours into this river, creating an island of garbage without anyone willing to solve the problem.
