CAN SHE DO IT?

It seemed that the fact that the Parliament in Montenegro is presided over by a woman, that for the first time ever the capital Podgorica has a female mayor, and that the president of the Assembly of the capital city is female, would contribute to the further progress of gender equality. At least when it comes to positions and voices in the public sphere. However, the opposite happened, as confirmed by the parliamentary elections in which a woman headed only one of the 15 electoral lists.
