Cultural workers in North Macedonia staged a mass protest in front of the Ministry of Culture after previously warning that the Collective Agreement for Culture was under threat and that the rights and dignity of cultural workers were being ignored. The protest was announced in response to the violation of agreed rights, as well as to proceedings initiated by the Constitutional Court to review the constitutionality of the Collective Agreement for Culture, an agreement that cultural workers have been waiting for three decades.
