The results of last year’s report of the National Youth Council in Serbia should worry the authorities. As many as 49.2% of young people plan on leaving, and only 11% say they will stay. The standard of living and the desire for a dignified life are the main reasons for leaving. The young people of Serbia do not trust the media, political parties, and institutions. They trust the church, the army, and the youth office.
