In Cetinje, Montenegro, the beginning of the year was marked by crime. 13 people were killed. Since January 5, the informal student group “Where to Tomorrow?” has been protesting, demanding accountability. In response to their unaddressed demands, the first multi-hour blockade was organized last week in front of the Government building. Citizens in Podgorica and other cities have shown their support for the students’ cause.
