The results of a survey by the Organization for Security and Co-operation in Europe (OSCE) indicate that 70 percent of women in the Western Balkans, Moldova and Ukraine have experienced some form of violence in their lifetimes. About 16 million women have been affected by some form of violence since the age of 15.
