On July 20th, the “Montenegrin Cultural Network”, an NGO from Niksic, launched the “Montenegro without division” campaign. Ethnic groups were presented through photographs of them in traditional clothing. It would have been a nice gesture if only the Roma representative had not been in the uniform of a city custodian.
