Opposition in Serbia has two opposite feelings for the outcome of the elections. April 3rd, when presidential, parliamentary, and local elections have been scheduled to occur, will give them an answer as to which of these feelings will prevail – a hope that change is possible or fear that the current regime will continue to rule the country unchallenged, and stifle any possibility of dissent.
