The Western Balkan Youth Orchestra was formed in 2019, as a by-product of the European Summer Music Academy in Priština, on the initiative of pianist and conductor Desar Sulejmani. Ever since then, it has gathered young artists from all the countries of the Western Balkans, who get to know each other, collaborate, create, and finally go on tour from country to country presenting their potential and virtuosity.
