The Belgrade Center for Studies Abroad says that about 15,000 people a year go from Serbia to study abroad, most often to Austria, Germany, Italy, and France. Recently, they have also been going to England, where they can now easily obtain work permits because of Brexit. About 150 students go to Russia every year.
