According to Prof.Dr. Čedomir Čupić, professor at the Faculty of Political Sciences in Belgrade, each individual has to be responsible for seven things that make him/her responsible. These seven responsibilities are mentioned and explained in the video by professor Čupić who says that this is an ideal model for people to assess how responsible they are.
