Half of the youth has no basic literacy

An increasing number of young people in Macedonia have no basic literacy. A recent OECD analysis has shown that more than half of the participants have no basic knowledge and that the number of students who are functionally illiterate is growing. Reasons for such defeat statistics lie in the outdated educational system and in the incomplete use of new education programs. More in Kristine Ozimec’s video.
